Oops, messed up!  Tendstodogs, which vitamin are you using?  Do you notice a difference in how you feel?

@coconut1818  I was asking about the Essential One.  That is a multivitamin.  My DH and I have used that one for several years.  I like quite a few supplements.  I feel really good.  I have no idea which one is making the difference.  Perhaps I would feel the same if I didn't take any LOL.  It would save me a lot of $$$.
