I'm so disappointed  I missed the take off, but I'm delighted all went well.  I remember the take off to the moon like it was yesterday.  I had just started a new job and the president of the company selected a few to watch it and thankfully I was one of them.  I can still picture all of us standing in the room watching history being made.

I'm just sorry that the virus situation has taken away some of the interest in this latest adventure.

I've always been interested in space launches.  I think it was good to see and we just loved to watch that here.  Quite remarkable too.

@corita  I surprised myself with my emotions, tears for the excitement and once again NASA with SpaceX is back in space.  Congratulations NASA/SpaceX for a job well done.  Watched the docking and entrance of both astronauts into the ISS today and it too was so exciting for this amazing achievement.  All those part of this incredible feat were ecstatic!  Congratulations America!

Hello Everyone,

I'm glad to find a nice, positive thread!  I am a military wife and daughter of an Army Air Core pilot so please give me your sincere answers, thanks in advance.

What wiill be the benifical outcome from these missions?  I really don't understand and would love your answers.

My neighbor & I have written each other about it (her DH is ex Air Force) and she could not give me an answer.  Is it simply to be ahead of other countries?

Signing off with much respect to all.

Cathy
