The program is writing a short paragraph covering common themes found in reviews.
It then displays both positive and negative themes in clickable boxes so the user can get original (but selected) review content.

This might work for some but I don't like it. I wonder if a human lost their jjob to an "intelligent"robot?

I am buying far less on Amazon than in the past, but recently wrote a three star review because the product was so difficult to set up, DH could not use it. I thought three stars was generous. Now it's a nonstop stream of emails and texts offering me a refund, cash in increasing amounts, and begging me to change my review to five stars. It's clear the person does not know English very well due to the misspellings and language used, but it is harassment. I decided to delete the review. It wouldn't let me, so the three star review will stay. I can only imagine how A I will create even more of a hassle for anyone who posts a review that isn't five-star with glowing comments. As always, I take all reviews in stride.

You can contact Amazon and tell them about the emails you are getting and ask for help. Amazon does not like it when its vendors do this kind of stuff to its customers. You can try a chat session with an Amazon rep. Good luck!

@Trailrun23 That's a third-party seller harassing you. Leave the review there and report the seller to Amazon. They aren't supposed to do that.
