A signature for the eagles...

If you are interested, the gov gives the energy companies 5 year permits that allow them a certain number of eagles to be killed by their wind mill farms without getting in trouble as long as they do something to benefit nature. However, now they want to change it to 30 year permit. Nobody will regulate them. Eagles already face many dangers.
