A question for the Pittsburgh area posters

What is your opinion of the Highmark vs UPMC ads on TV now? For those not from the area this is about a disagreement between 2 health ins co. who also own health care systems - Allegheny health are system is owned by highmark(Blue Cross) and UPMC ins owns University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. The fighting between these two is ultimately going to hurt their patients and they have taken the battle onto TV ads - frequent TV ads. These two health care systems encompass almost all the available health care in the area . Just a couple small community hospitals are not involved.
