@Its Me LuLuBelle2...Oh My, looks like the designer was going for somewhat of a Scarlett O'Hara look and just made a few modifications here and there for a more modern 2016 look!...LOL

Unfortunately, Nordstrom is just like any other company and they need to attract the Kardashian crowd.  One of them even sells their products at Nordstrom.  Note to Nordstrom: please doesn't forget the over 50 crowd,
