Just plain weird. I think she needs to call CS and talk to a supervisor.

My first thought was that maybe this was something that QVC was sending for the Florence victims and it got mixed up with their regular packing? Just a thought.

I had something like this happen to me but not from the Q. I ordered two pair of earrings during one of Kate Spade online sales. I tracked my package but noticed it gave me a heavy weight for my package. I thought that was weird. When I received my "earrings" it was in a humongous box and in the box were 13 pieces of toddler girl clothes!! Not Kate Spade clothing either. I called and told them my story. Of course those earrings I wanted were sold out and now lost. So I sent the childrens clothing back and was refunded for the earrings. I did some investigating on my own and saw that the brand of childrens clothes and Kate Spade were all coming from the same warehouse. Hence the mixup. Oh well.

@viva923. My friend said that the Lug bag she was expecting would not have been all that heavy. That's why she was so surprised by the weight of the package.

@Wiskota You know that sounds logical.

In 30 years of getting many packages the ONLY thing I ever had taken off the porch was a small package containing a very expensive fountain pen that was my birthday gift! ONLY package. Most expensive package I ever got I guess. It was gone within 30 minutes.
Now do NOT try to tell me someone in the delivery chain KNEW what was in that package. I think this sort of thing goes on a lot but isn't tracked or talked about. People have to know what's in a lot of those boxes before they dteal them. The drivers, office people or someone is tipping the thieves off. Makes no sense to go around swiping random packages of junk that would be hard to profit from--like most of the stuff we get.
Like you're gonna steal spurtles? Nah.

@Krimpette wrote:@Marp Good thought. I'll mention it to my friend to try that. Not sure if she does the forums regularly. Thanks!
If she doesn't do the forums, she can send an email to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com.
