Do you know why he was angry? Because the media rushed to put his rant out there without reporting the entire story makes me cringe.
He taunted a player he had issues with from way back after he took away that player's last chance to give his team a victory. "H... of a game, and a slap on the bum," was just an extension of what bad blood that went down between those two quite some time ago. That's why Crabtree pushed him away. Not justifying either player's behavior then or previously, but as I said before, Sherman had the choice to wallow in the mud and that's exactly what he did. Am I supposed to admire him for that? You would never see that kind of behavior from Russell Wilson, nor probably any of the other players on the Seahawks team.
You have NO IDEA what goes on during a game.
Guys aim at their opponents kidneys (and other tender body parts). When they are all in a pile, they are kicking and scratching and trying to gouge at eyes.
My old BF (and my son's godfather) was a linebacker, now the Redskins defensive coordinator. I learned a LOT about what really happens in a football game from him and from the other players. For a few hours before the game and up to a day after, it's pure testosterone and adrenaline.
