I took a screen shot of a video of a roadrunner playing with a Yorkie. It visits every day, and they play chase. This is a good size comparison for those who have never seen one.

Adorable! We can see that occurring! When we married Hubbs had 7 Yorkies. Today we just have 3 dogs and as John Connelly sings,"My dog ain't got a pedigree."

Is that your yorkie?  Such a fun friend.  I bet the roadrunner know he can outrun her.

Thanks for the pic @On It .  I had no idea what a road runner looked like in real life.  Pretty bird!

I thought squirrels were much larger too. At least as big as a large housecat. I was surprised to see them so small.

Re: A Roadrunner in Perspective

My grandparents lived in the CA desert so I'm very familiar with roadrunners.

A favorite shop of mine in Rancho Mirage just closed earlier this year, but they still have an online presence.  Their name is Rancho Relaxo CA and their logo is roadrunners.

Needless to say I have tee shirts, totes, coffee mugs and all kinds of doo dads with roadrunners on them.
