Has anyone had a hobby you do at home that you loved so much it became a "career?"

I used to knit incessantly and I sold little sweater and hat sets for little ones. not any more though.

I got nuttin...eating? My daughters think I should decorate homes...since I enjoy it so much...never had the nerve to do so.

I know. Wouldn't that be the ideal job? Just spend other peoples money making beautiful living spaces. I could dig it.

That would be fun, decorating. But I have very eclectic and whimsical ideas. No one would hire me.

I have several hobbies but this one is new; I think I am going to love it.....I'm going to make reborn dolls...I know a lot of people think they're creepy but they don't bother me; I think they're cute....at least from what I see in photos, I've never seen one in "real life," no pun intended.
