Unpopular opinion here....but I just feel there are some things men do better, and being a Green Beret is one of them.  Too often when standard requirements are modified or lowered when women compete in areas that require physical strength and endurance.  If standards weren’t adjusted, there would be very few (if any) female marines, police officers, etc)

@Swedishmiss,  since there has never been a female Green Beret before how to do you know men are better at it?

I have been following this story and there has never been a single hint that there was even one change in the requirements or standards to accommodate female candidates.

Well done! Something that opened my mind to women in unconventional careers was being in Israel when I was 14. I observed male and female military personnel and how progressive this nation was in regards to women. Opened my eyes. Much success to this female Green Beret.
