A Dog At A Wake!!!

Believe me, I do like dogs, but at a wake??? This morning, I attended the wake of a former co-worker and in walks a woman with her dog who was in one of those doggie purses complete with a blanket. Granted it was a small pooch, but at a wake!!! From the wake most everyone was heading to church for the services and then the cemetery. Is this a new trend or am I out of touch. Give me a break.
