Two very broad stripes you're painting here.

First, is how much the candidates for this award have in their bank account a factor in the final decision? If not, your point is moot.

Second, it was the D.A's office that evaluated the case and said that there was no proof that Jenner was negligent, and bwt, an investigation found Jenner was driving slower than the speed limit and slightly slower than the victim's car.

@suzyQ3 - Thank you for pointing out the salient facts of the accident investigation.  I thought of doing so, but know that in many cases...some people don't want to be "bothered" with the facts, as they get in the way of an "opinion".
