@Sage04 I've tried to give her the benefit of the doubt since she's been ill but she was well enough to come here and post and she's just plain rude.

I have the feeling she bought the Temptations on sale or clearance and they may not have had the preferred co!or available.

@Kachina624 I guess that somehow things aren't "computing" with her. So many people have had the same explanation but I guess everyone is wrong. Don't know if she asked for an exchange which would have been the right thing to do. If the correct color wasn't available I would have kept them and donated them if I thought the return price was too much.

Temptations items are heavy so therefore you have to pay the price for returning.

QVC needs to be much more transparent about how much it will actually cost you to make a return. There seems to be too much confusion about it, and it should be easy to know ahead of time; costly returns is one reason I order almost nothing unless it is something I know for sure won't need to be returned. The last thing I returned cost me so much it has made me rethink each purchase. The "free returns and exchanges" I hear so often is just a myth in my experience.
