Did you happen to watch it?
They're going to decide whether to try the Husband for his wife's murder, for the third time, in a few days.
Two hung juries, the first was 11-1 for acquittal.
There were some odd details, but, it was over 5 years ago, and from what was presented on the program, I just don't see how they have the evidence. He even has the support of his late wife's family.
People react very differently to horrific situations and you can't send someone to prison for murder, because you don't like how they acted.
They weren't able to present a convincing motive, or show evidence that he was the kind of man who would have no problem doing his wife in, because he was "just tired of her".
He might be guilty and have a motive that is known more to himself than anyone else, he may have fooled a lot of people, I can't say for sure that he's innocent.
But, from what I gathered from the program, I wouldn't be able to vote guilty.
