@kaydee50 , great post.  I began shopping here around 1999 when things were very different with different hosts/vendors, etc.  But back then, if I ordered an item, it didn't take "forever" to receive it plus if one made a return, the credit was posted in a few days once it was received.  I joined the forum back then and believe it was called "shop talk" and "anything goes".  

I, too rarely purchase anything here, but do the same as you, plus I find that I learn alot from various posters.

I stopped buying here last summer after my whole return label debaucle with customer service. lol

I buy very little on hsn now just because I don't need it and don't have a lot of extra money.

@luvmyteddy4 , I hear you.  If I purchase anything in today's times,  it's "need" only.  I'd post more; however, my post will probably be poofed.

I made thirteen purchases this year, and even less the year before. I still ❤ The Q, but am watching less for a variety of reasons; none negative. I tune in to watch Vanessa when I can. She "convinced" me to purchase two beautiful Dennis Basso coats that I did not need-she is THAT good.😁. I also try to catch David and Jane Treacy from time to time. Holiday shows still pull me in however!😁
