Your opinion matters & I am wide open for your comments...

1. second marriage for both of us - Dec 2012--long time alone - me 30 years, him 20 years

2. will live in my house

3. how do you fairly divide/share payment of household expenses - including the house note (28 years left on note), utilities, cable, lawn service, home insurance, cleaning services, groceries

4. legal or other ramifications--particularly as it deals with his paying a portion of the house note

5. we both have grown children--what are your feelings about the need for them to have an inheritance--1 is drug addict, 1 is recovering drug addict, 1 is real greedy 1 is sorta greedy

6. our salaries are the same

7. if he pays half of the house note, what would he be entitled to if I precede him in death

8. we are late 50's/early 60's - I am 5 years older-
