2014 UPS Rate Increase

Just received a notice the rates are going up about 4.9%. I'm sure many larger accounts have separate negotiated rates but in reality the rates will increase.

Something has to give, I can't imagine the "free shipping" option will continue unless the economy doesn't bounce back.
