I do my taxes on-line, file them electronically and have my refund direct deposited into my account. My refund was put into my account already. It took 1 week from the time it was accepted. I have not received my state refund yet but that is also supposed to be direct deposited.

I have been efiling our taxes online now for about the last 4 years. I also do my son's online for him as well. The software leads you through the process, it is very easy, and your refund is usually deposited within 10 days. This year I filed ours on 1/30 and the State refund was in my bank by 2/5 and the Federal was in there by 2/7 or 2/8. Much easier and faster to get your refund if you file online. JMO
