Issac's stuff processes and ships very quickly. I don't know why but in my experience, it really does.

That Happened to me recently with ShopHQ. The Customer Service Rep told me it as in processing and the show wasn't even over. She resolved it by telling me that when the order is delivered I should return it and I would not be charged for any shipping fees. She was right, they returned exactly what I paid, no shipping charges.
