I agree with you.  And not long after that, her husband had a psychotic break.  That's a lot to handle, especially if you have two children to protect.

If it were a regular person it would have never made the news, a police report would be filled out and they would be done.  The "suspects" appeared to be the nicest robbers ever.  Never striking, hurting  or killing.  

17 suspects are you kidding.

5 people were killed in the airport.  That's serious.

I think people joke about it because many are skeptical that it was a real robbery, and not a set-up for publicity.

Hope they have enough evidence to charge them.

That has to be an unsettling feeling knowing the suspects

are still roaming around armed & dangerous.

No, they weren't nice people, nice people don't do that.  They threatened her with bodily harm and tied tied her up.  Do you really think you would have come through that as if it were a tea party?

And no, I'm not kidding that the news says 17 people.  I hope you realize there are usually a lot of people involved in a large jewelry heist.  Not just those who show up to take her down and run off with the jewelry, but the contacts needed to store it and try to sell it on the black market.

It could happen to anyone......if it had happened to you, a friend/loved one or anyone besides a 'K' family member, I bet you'd feel differently.

I don't have to like or know a person to feel empathy or sympathy for them, under certain circumstances. But that's just me.

Who is that illogical they could convince themselves the French police would cooperate?

Not to mention the cooperation of a world famous hotel?  Cooperating in a stunt that could RUIN the reputation of the hotel.  I don't think so.

For all the naysayers coming up with multiple of excuses to justify
