She's wrong because the 10th amendment guarantees states' rights. Each state has the right to quarantine, or not, however it sees fit.

I'm sorry, dooBdoo... I did it again! I watched that Maine news conference and just couldn't keep my mouth shut. They just keep really getting on my nerves... I've gone off the deep end and I am not responsible for my actions!
