It's nothing to do with the message boards. If you go to an item in inventory, right next to where you click to leave a review, there are questions asked by customers. Customers can answer the questions, but occasionally a QVC staffer will do so. I can't think of one off-hand to show you, but I've seen several. I have definitely seen them posted by "Leslie - Customer Care".

If you click on Blog Post tab at the top, instead of Forum Thread tab, you will see blog posts. So for example, there is under electronics blog posts, a blog for the TSV and they have reps who are answering questions. Thats probably who this Pam person is, not a monitor.

Also, when I click on a board poster's nic from that list of members, it takes me to their activity on the forums.
If I click on Astraia's nic, it goes to blogs. Not forums. Maybe she posts on the blogs (I don't read them, so I wouldn't know).

I wasn't really sure but from a prior discussion in VP about removing threads and posts it seemed possible only because each QVCCC had 0 posts.
