One of the board monitors who is logged in right now has 1 post under "Total Posts". All of the other board monitors have 0 posts. What do you think "Pam" posted about? Denim & Co?

What makes you think that they monitor the boards? I thought the Customer Care people replied to questions on the item pages. It doesn't say ""monitor"" anywhere.

No one is 100% positive this is the case but if you look at members logged in you will see after a name ""QVC Customer Care"".

I know, and that's what it says when they answer a question on an item. I don't see why you assume that "being logged in" means they're anything to do with the boards.
