Hi @Kachina624 I have to ask you a question. We both love South Western jewelry. So why do you suppose Carolyn P never does a Kokopeli? I find it odd. Do you?

Thanks Smiley Happy

She recently did a coral pendant that has two Kokopellis in the setting.

Thanks @patbz . Funny...I put Kokopelli in search for her line and none come up. Do you happen to have and item # ?

I don't have item # but it has been in last 6 weeks ( maybe Fritz Casuse?).

@Queen of shop    The Kokopeli is so overdone on tourist jewelry and on everything under the sun in the Southwest that it's sort of a joke and we get an attitude about it.  I, for instant, don't own a single thing with Kokopeli on it.  Maybe Carolyn feels the same way.

Keep in mind that Kokopeli is a fertility God so you wear him at your own risk.

@Kachina624  Hmmm. Interesting. You could be very right. I know that he is supposed to be for fertility. I always assumed he would play his flute to make the maize grow.

When I was out west, I did buy a big Kokopelli pendant. He is well over three inches with the bail. I love wearing him.

I did hear tales when I was out there that Kokopelli wasn't looked upon too well. That he was promiscuous and spreading his own seed as it were. LOL. I just think that he is a happy, flute playing fun symbol.

Thanks for perspective and clarity. You are a great educator. I appreciate it. Smiley Happy
