Re: WELCOME READERS, IT'S SEPTEMBER 2020!

[ Edited ]

My last book of September was First Girl Gone by LT Vargus & Tim McBain.  Did not finish.  It was close to 500 pages and the rate I was going I would be finished next week which there is nothing wrong but I read faster than that when it's a good book.

Onto an ebook for a change - autobiography by Kathy Varner Wacky On The Junk.

Re: WELCOME READERS, IT'S SEPTEMBER 2020!

Today I finished The Dinner List by Rebecca Serle.  Who are the five people, living or dead, with whom you'd like to have dinner?  Sabrina is unexpectedly confronted with the answer to that question when she arrives at her thirtieth birthday celebration.  She discovers that the guests at the table include not just her best friend and three significant people from her past, but also Audrey Hepburn.  As the appetizers are served, wine poured, and dinner table conversation begins, it becomes clear that there's a reason these six people have been gathered together.  This book was different but I really liked it.
