MY FRIENDS

I just finished My Friends by Frerick Backman.  WOW what a story. First but not last one of his books...Love his style of writing. Next up is his first novel, A Man Called Ove.  I know it was show on Prime but I would rather read the book.

If you enjoyed this book by Fredrik Backman, as I did, I think that you might also like Beartown by him. I have not yet read A Man Called Ove, but it is a very popular book that is on my TBR stack for ...... some day when I am not swamped with Book Club books, most of which are serious (time consuming, but worth it) literature.

I've read the book and seen the movie. Both great. Even my husband was into it.

@bargainsgirl - I totally agree with you about My Friends.  It was at the top of my favorite books last year.  Oh, what an amazing story!  The Beartown trilogy series is also excellent.  His books are often long and detailed, yet so satisfying and thought-provoking when you finish them.
