Kindle Trade In, how long does it take?

How long does it take to get a response? I was under the impression that it took a couple of days after they began the processing but it's been over a week now. I really want to get the Voyage and I was hoping to hear something soon.

I don't know, but I'd think that whatever the usual number of days, during the Christmas frenzy, it could well be double that or longer.

Well I contacted Amazon and explained how I haven't received any word on my trade-ins. I mailed out 3 Kindles on Dec 15th. I'm glad to say they gave me the full trade-in value, they said they would consider it as lost. Now I can get the Voyage for the price of a Paperwhite. WOO-HOO!
