I was cleaning out a cabinet in the basement and I came across 11 of her books. I forgot I had them. I may start reading them again. I like romance novels. Do any of you read her books? Can any of you recommend other romance novels I may like to read ? Thanks.

I love Danielle Steel books, and I have some I won't part with. It's getting harder and harder to keep up with her though! If you like romance novels, I can recommend Nora Roberts' Chesapeake Bay series. The first one is Sea Swept. Julia Kent and Susan Elizabeth Phillips are both good, and of course, Nicholas Sparks! Smiley Happy

I really enjoyed Fern Michael series starting with Texas Rich, Texas Heat, Texas Fury, Texas Sunrise, then on to Vegas .............

Different kind of romance novels about strong women in a family for several generations.

@hovis

I am like you!  I read some of hers years ago and kind of forgot about her.  Then, I found some of hers in a thrift shop.  I began reading them and love her all over again!!!

There are so many wonderful writers.  If you go on-line and look up romance writers, many will come up.

Do not forget to read her Kentucky series after Vegas.  The family continues in that book with another brother.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that part.  I read the complete series when I was riding the train back and forth to work.  Loved it.

Christine Feehan is really good.  Her characters are different because they're genetically different individuals that all work for the greater good.  The nuiances of their genetic groups all have unique ways they live.

There are about ten series.  Right now I'm on the "Dark" series, the lives of soldiers that signed up for "something more" and went through genetic enhancement which makes them elite and also a target.
