I am so very happy that Fox News War Correspondent Benjamin Hall's new book SAVED is now Amazon's #1 book, dropping the spoiled Prince's book to #2.

Spare is still number one on Amazon. Benjamin Hall's book is #1 in preorders. It's not out until March. I'm sure it will be a compelling recount, though after "War" by Sebastian Junger, I rarely read first hand accounts anymore. It's just too much and too close.

I wish this man healing and success with his new book.

@snipsnapsnur,  thanks for mentioning.   "Saved" does sound like it will be a riveting book about true courage, determination and perseverence--  one that can uplift and inspire.

Benjamin Hall comes by his spunk and grit naturally.  His Filipino- British family came through the horrors of besieged Manila during World War II.  Long before his horrific experience in Ukraine, Benjamin interviewed his own father, Roderick Hall, on Fox News.   Roderick's mother and other close relatives were slaughtered during the Battle of Manila.  Roderick remembers running for his life through the streets of Manila as a child, dodging snipers' bullets.  They ultimately reached American soldiers and safety....

A fascinating family--  I hope Benjamin includes some of their background in the book.
