I get these books every month. Between Kindle First and the free book I can borrow each month, it pays for my Prime Membership.

This month I selected The Good Neighbor. My type of reading...

I never do the borrowed one as I read on my kindle and my ipad.  You can't read the borrowed on the ipad.   I do watch free videos tho.  Our dvd player is wifi, so no cables to run across the living room.

It wasn't on sale for very long unfortunately.  I bought it for myself and gifted one to a friend.  I got a free cookbook once that was free for one hour.

Hi, sunala, good to hear from you.  I haven't started The Good Neighbor yet.  Right now I'm reading a murder/thriller called THE OLYMPUS KILLER.  Takes place on several Greek Islands and is connected with the Greek Gods.  Very interesting!  I'm hoping to finish it tonight and then I think there is a sequel I will read.

I have been reading many of the Kindle Unlimited books under my Prime membership.  It's a good deal for me.

Let me know when you begin The Good Neighbor and maybe I'll be ready to start it.

Re: BOOKS Kindle First Selections

I also grabbed The Good Neighbor but quit 30% in. Found the writing rather sophmoric for my taste. Way too many good books out there to waste time reading something I'm not fully enjoying.
