Hi I just finished reading The Wayward Girls by Susan Wiggs, Very Good all her books are a good read.

When Harry Met Minnie - Martha Teichner - This is not a new release but I just discovered it. It is a true story and as part of her title says -- a story of friendship and love. I will not give it all away, but Martha is a lover of bull terrier dogs. Her dog, Minnie, and she, became friends with a Carol and her bull terrier, Harry. This is a heart-warming, lovely, sweet, funny, but sad, book. I laughed and I cried!

Have finished reading all of Danielle Steel's books.

Currently reading a series of books by Sarah Fox - The Magical Menagerie series. Two dogs and an owl with some mystical powers that help the owner solve local murders. Very light hearted.

Dear Debbie, by Freida McFaddon. A lighter touch by Freida in this book not as thriller intense. I find Debbie fascinating but would never want to meet her so that I would never come close to crossing her. Watch out when the buzzing starts in the back of her head.

For fans of English police procedurals, I can heartily recommend Missing: a Novel, by E. A. Jackson. It begins with a homicide in 2020 and then jumps to an unsolved baby abduction in 1990. I found it unput-downable and read it in two days.

I just finished We Were The Lucky Ones by Georgia Hunter.

It was a novel based on the true story of what happened to the author's Polish Jewish family during World War II. It was an amazing story of survival because the whole family, mother , father, five siblings and spouses all made it through the war.

Finished my first book in April. Janet Dailey's Lie For A Million, the 2nd in this series. Her husband and daughter are writng for her since her death.
