Thankful for Sure

Happy Thanksgiving to you from all of us at QVC. YOU choose to shop with us when there are more options than ever before. So, to all of you who have shopped with the Q over the past 24 years and to those just starting to enjoy the QVC experience…. Thank You.


Also – I’m thankful for – AND WANT TO THANK – each person on our Customer Fulfillment Services team.  From our Customer Contact representatives to all our Distribution and Returns associates, THIS STAFF IS THE BEST. They care about you  – EVERY one of you …and here’s just one example -


On a recent Friday, Richard emailed us around noon:  his mother-in-law returned a QVC ring she recently purchased. Distraught, she mistakenly included her wedding ring with the return, and Richard was hoping we might be able to recover the ring.


BY 2PM THE SAME DAY – our Customer Care and Jewelry Returns teams had worked together, identified the location in our large warehouse of where the customer’s return was being processed, found the ring, and contacted the mother-in law…her wedding ring was on its way back to her.


Actually, this type of thing happens daily at QVC. And, I’m thankful that our teams spring into action and just do what they do: take care of you.


As you’re cooking and hopefully relaxing this weekend, join us for all the joy and none of the craziness…A Host of Gift Favorites, The Joy of Thanksgiving, The New Black Friday, and Holiday Shopping Weekend!
