Thanks to digital cameras, capturing those priceless moments has become easier than ever. That's because making the trips back and forth to the drug store and spending $$$$ on roll after roll of film is a thing of the past. I can't tell you how many times I have picked up a roll of film, flipped open the envelope and realized I just wasted my money on a whole stack of pictures that were completely worthless.

Today we have another problem on our hands. Instead of a shoebox full of pictures in the closet, many of us are now storing our memories on our computer hard drives, never to be seen again. C'mon, some of those pics are priceless, so lets show them off.

There are a ton of ways to do this:

If you like the old school photo album approach there are websites like shutterfly.com and flickr.com that let you make posters, calendars, and all types of things with your great photos.

Then, there is the old photo frame with a new digital touch. Instead of one picture, why not have a slide show of hundreds so you are always looking at something new?  However, 12" of frame may not be big enough for that great pic. So, why not turn your massive family room TV into a massive photo frame?

So many of today's TVs now have a USB port. Simply transfer your favorite pictures from your computer's hard drive on to a mini 4GB flash drive. Then, plug that flash drive into the TV and WOW!!!!!!! Poster-size pics without having to pay poster-sized prices at the store.

What ever way you choose to do it, get those priceless pictures from that great vacation, dance recital, or family gathering out there, because I doubt your computer's hard drive will appreciate them as much as you.
