1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup plain yogurt
Tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings: sliced kiwi, goji berries, almonds, pomegranate seeds, chia seeds

1 cup loose-packed greens (I used spinach) 1tbsp nut butter
1 frozen banana
Few drops peppermint extract
Few drops vanilla
Teaspoon matcha powder
Tablespoon of your favorite protein powder
Toppings: chia seeds, sliced banana,hemp hearts and coconut
Pumpkin pie bowl
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk or nut milk
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 frozen banana
Ice to your liking
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Toppings: almonds, crushed granola, coconut
