Raspberry Cheesecake Trifle

If you want a delicious dessert that is not only beautiful and delicious, but so simple to make, this is it! 

 

Raspberry Cheesecake Trifle

 

3 Quart Trifle

Yield: 12 – 15 servings

Prep Time: 30 minutes

 

Ingredients

2 (8-inch) prepared cheesecakes

1 cup raspberry sauce

1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping

1 pint raspberries

 

  1. Cut one cheesecake into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
  2. Carefully remove the crust from the second cheesecake. Discard crust.  Place the cheesecake in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.  Whisk for 1 minute. 
  3. Add the raspberry sauce and whisk for 30 seconds. Scrape down the bowl and whisk for another 30 seconds. 
  4. Add whipped topping and whisk for 30 seconds or until well incorporated.
  5. Place half of the cubed cheesecake in the bottom of your temp-tations® trifle bowl. Cover with half of the raspberry cheesecake mix, and top with half of the raspberries.  Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
