Super Easy Summer Cobblah Toppah (inspired by my family members from Maine 
)
- 2 diced peaches
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup GF quick cook oats
- tiny pinch of Himalayan salt
Mix it all together in a bowl and go for it! Top yogurt or pancakes or even heat it up in the microwave & put it on vanilla ice cream!
