Not receiving QVC email?

If LIVE is almost too late, you can stay connected with us by getting all the email notifications you can! Email tells you what's coming at QVC BEFORE it's live.
What if the emails suddenly stop or you never get an email you signed up for?
Not receiving email from QVC could mean your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or spam filters could be blocking our emails. This could happen with Today's Special Value® alerts, Program Guides, Show Reminders, Order Confirmations, E-Newsletters, or other email communications we offer.
Here's the fix:
Check your email application for a spam or “junk mail” folder - your QVC email might be in there. If it is, you can click into the QVC email and add the exact QVC email address to your address book:
1. Click "Add to Address" or “Save to Address Book” or similar message.
2. Check that the QVC email address you added - such as webmaster@qvcemail.com or webmaster@qvc.com - is the indicated email address for QVC for that email communication.
3. Click "Save" or “OK.”
On QVC.com, think of the My Account page as home base for updating your email address and selecting the email alerts you'd like.
