Happy spring! Since it's alsmot Easter, I wanted to share with you my mother's Deviled Egg recipe! Here it is:

Ingredients:
12 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 cup minced dill pickle with juice (savory)
or for a sweeter deviled egg try:
1/4 cup sweet pickle with juice (bread & butter pickles work well)
season salt and pepper to taste
garnish with sliced pimento stuffed green olives
Peel eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash them in a medium bowl. Stir in the mayo, mustard, dill weed and pickle with juice. Then, add season salt and pepper to taste. Spoon (as I did) or pipe (for a nicer presentation) the filling into the eggs. Garnish with a sliced stuffed green olive (or black olives if you prefer). Paprika also makes a nice garnish, give smoked paprika a try - just don’t use too much!
