Entry constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, quote or video footage in any medium for publicity purposes without further compensation or permission. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.

Entries for the Holiday Helper Facebook and Instagram Giveaways can be submitted from 12am EST on 12/4/19 to 11:59pm EST on December 6, 2019. Participants can enter each giveaway as many times as they wish.
On or about December 9, 2019, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to determine the winner of the Holiday Helper Giveaway on Facebook and the Holiday Helper Giveaway on Instagram. Each giveaway is a different promotion with separate pools of entries.

One $500 QVC gift card will be awarded to the Facebook winner and one $500 QVC gift card will be awarded to the Instagram winner. The winners of the gift cards must sign and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 5 days of receipt in order to officially accept and receive the prize. The retail value of the prize for the individual Instagram and Facebook Holiday Helper Giveaway is approximately $500.00 each.
Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Rules, the prize or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes (if any), but in no event shall any party be entitled to attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (4) entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. If you live in a jurisdictions that does not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, then the above limitations may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard for its conflicts of law principles, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Entrants agree that QVC is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from their participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of the prize. Decisions of QVC are final and binding in all respects.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Participants cannot win both the Holiday Helper Giveaway on Facebook and on Instagram. Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor or endorse these giveaway promotions. Void where prohibited.
