Grand-pup Belle!

With the wedding now in the past and my son, David and his new wife Christine on their honeymoon, my husband Richie and I officially became the proud babysitters of our grand-pup, Belle for ten days.

We believe Belle is a fox hound. David and Christine rescued her from a shelter this past December and we believe she is about a year old. There is not a mean bone in Belle's body, but she is full of energy and needless to say she has yet to fully develop her "doggy manners." Since our beloved Sammy is no longer with us, it was quite wonderful and eventful having a dog in the house again even if only temporarily.

This past week we have enjoyed daily walks and trips to the dog park, where this sweet, social pup is no doubt the belle of the ball! She is beyond eager and excited to meet a new dog or human and loves any sort of attention.

Being outdoors in this spring weather is always a treat, but who is to say you can't do it in style!? With the sun shining this past weekend, I got to wear my new French Terry Capris A233729 in Sapphire and matched them with the blue tank from my Crochet Duo A230812. I had my stretch Denim Jacket A220666 ready in case there was a chill in the air and I was ready to go! I loved that I was comfortable and cute and could go from the dog park to a casual lunch without needing to change outfits!
