ECHOS OF THE 70’S…..COMFY CHIC

Happy New Year! What better way to look forward to a new year than taking a glance back in fashion history. One of the wonderful things about fashion is strong trends are often re-imagined 30 – 40 years later. Even if you’re too young to remember the 70’s, there’s so much music + movies that left a lasting imprint on fashion + trends…..it’s hard not to feel like you were there when Saturday Night Fever was defining the decade and the Disco Queen was born. There are some trends we may just want to forget: Daisy Dukes, Pet Rocks and Lava Lamps. Yet, there were so many strong and fun trends then, that they’re even better the 2^nd time around…the Maxi, the Mini, Jumpsuits, Wrap Dress, Tie dye, Bell Bottoms, and Comfy Cocoon shapes. I’ve always loved the versatility of a Cocoon and I’m excited to introduce my new cotton rich tri-blend Wonderlush cocoon shrug cardigan. It’s a luscious feel + in cozy cotton too!
