Beyond a basic ballet slipper

Our Clarks Daelyn Hill slip-on Today’s Special Value shoes are way beyond a basic ballet flat. This “flatform” inspired shoe is a combination of a platform and a flat, so they have more umph underfoot and look more substantial than a slipper. I first wore my Daelyn Hill shoes to the airport on my way to Boston for our Clarks Spring 2016 sales meetings. I paired them with skinny black pants and a floral and lace printed top.

Once I got to my hotel, I was planning on changing for the company dinner, but instead I stayed in my travel outfit because I felt the Daelyn Hills looked polished and professional, but truthfully, I was also too comfortable to change.

 

The next morning, I opted to wear the slip-ons with an ikat print button-down dress for a stylish city look and come fall, I totally plan on wearing this same outfit with opaque tights.
