Are you under pressure to make dinner?

by on ‎09-14-2012 04:24 PM

As we all know, life tends to get busy at times, especially for working mothers! Between sports, music, homework, chores, spouses, pets and work, there is not a lot of time leftover to cook a healthy meal for the family. Tomorrow night at midnight (Saturday night into Sunday) I will present a Today’s Special Value which will definitely help solve the dinner dilemma.

I will present you with a 6.5 quart Pressure Cooker from Technique. It’s non-stick, has “voice command” and is offered in seven terrific colors to coordinate with just about any kitchen décor: black, blue, copper, eggplant, green, red and stainless steel.

Pressure cooking is all about saving time and eating flavorful foods instead of fast food. It's better for the family and I love that I can throw in frozen chicken breasts and serve dinner in less than an hour, especially when I've forgotten to take them out of the freezer before leaving for work in the morning. It's safe, quick, easy, makes great tasting food, and is now non-stick inside with fabulous colors on the outside AND the cleanup is fast and easy!!!

Just imagine pot roast in 55 minutes, BBQ chicken wings in 6 minutes, fall-off-the-bone BBQ ribs in 12 minutes and pulled pork in 45 minutes. Those choices sound so much better to me than something fried offered up in a drive-thru bag. Without all the pressure, my family and I can sit down and enjoy a nice, home-cooked meal together.

Pressure cooking is not like it used to be “back in the day”. It is completely safe and almost fool-proof. This particular unit comes equipped with many safety features including: a floating pin valve, a safety valve, a temperature sensor and a suspension spring, just to name a few.

I encourage you to join me tomorrow night as we demonstrate this wonderful, time-saving product in great detail and tell and show you everything you will need to know.

No pressure, but I hope to “see” you there!

Counting our blessings,

Mary Beth
