Air Frying with Mary Beth Roe

I'll be the first to admit that when I first saw an Air Fryer at QVC, I was skeptical.  None of us need another gadget in our kitchens that we don't use.  BUT I WAS SURPRISED!  When I figured out that it's a compact convection oven, it made sense, and the one I have has made a lot of great food!!

 

Most often when I use it, I forget to take photos.  However, since we have a GREAT air fryer from Cooks Essentials TSV this Sunday, I decided to show you some of the things I've been making lately.  I got the recipes from Meredith Lawrence's two air frying cookbooks.  Such as:

Caramel Apple Crumble - a terrific dessert

Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts - very impressive, but use thinner chicken breasts than I did

 

It's fast, easy and it's fun, and I find that I just check the food often in the process to get it to the right doneness for us.  Once you do that a few times, it becomes second nature.  It's super easy to clean, too!   I highly recommend you try it!
