why is QVC so slow at processing orders???

I just have to vent, i know its been brought up before. I ordered the bliss/clarisonic TSV and it is still in process and the "Label Printed" date changes every day since I ordered. Shouldn't these things be ready to slap the label on and send out??? Its a special value they bring thousands in for, you would think they would be prepared with them ready to go!!

I placed a custom order from MAC Cosmetics online Sunday afternoon and it shipped Monday at 2pm and I already received my order!!! (They had to pull each individual shade I ordered) COME ON Q!!!! Every time I order I consider cancelling because the wait is sooo long!!
