@wagirl  Sorry you had a bad expertience with plexaderm. I can't live with out that product for my eye bags.   The key is to NEVER put any makeup over the plexaderm.

I think you should try it again.

Re: what was I thinking???

I tried a similar product years ago that was on the Q. Genie instant line smoother. Anybody remember that? There was a mature woman vendor that sold that stuff all the time.

I finally gave it a try. It sort of blurred my crows feet and lines, but I couldn't put anything on top of it, which made it useless to me. No reason to use the product when staying home without makeup. I wanted to use the product when going out, but I also want to put a bit of under eye concealer and brightener under my eyes, but trying to apply those on top of the Genie didn't work. I ended up with white residue. Tried using Genie after the concealer & brightener, but that didn't work either.

Never repurchased and never tried any similar products.

I fell for this product and regard it as my worst Q purchase ever, @wilma🙁

Add me to the list.  I tried one of these years ago - I think the Genie one - and had the same results as most of you.  I do think it might be useful for men, since they don't wear makeup.

I think the general consensus is that it is garbage and that’s why we don’t see the commercials anymore. They’ll probably be out of business in a few years.
