weird beauty problem

I'm sure you ladies have heard it all in terms of beauty problems. But I am really perplexed. I am in my late 40's, so I notice more sagging and crepiness under my eyes. My left eye is worse than my right. I use Mally's eyeliner pencils and love them, but by the end of my workday, the eyeliner has smudged - only under my left eye. I wonder why it smudges only on the eye with the worst lines/crepiness? It looks awful, what can I do? I don't use eye creams in the morning because they seem too greasy and my makeup smears. I only use them at night. I've even used a primer under my eyes. Have you ever heard of this? Please help if you can!{#emotions_dlg.bored}
