Re: using primer at bedtime?

Yes! I’ve been doing this for years after Mally mentioned it. For instance- serum Night cream. Then primer. It works!!! I use the Monistat Chafing Gel. I have no problems with breakouts. I find it just helps the moisture from evaporating during the night. Give it a try!

In a million years, i would not have come up with Monistat as a solution for this.

Will look into it! Thank you!

Re: using primer at bedtime?

Thank you, everybody!

You always give great things to consider!

Part of the problem is not too much product, but the fact that i have to mix it with prescription topicals which make it tacky. That's why i thought a sealer might solve that...

Hi! Make sure you get the Monistat Chafing Gel. The formula reminds me of the original Smashbox primer. But cost effective! I also use daily under makeup.

Re: using primer at bedtime?

I get what you are saying! Give a primer a try! Nothing to lose! One of the things I like about using the Monistat Chafing Gel at night is it seals things in and provides a nice matte finish. I just think my skin retains more moisture throughout the night when I use the primer.
