I stopped attempting to use a hair product company that I was interested in, because of the extremely rude and un-helpful CS person at the company. I was so annoyed and surprised by their behavior and unwillingness to help me, that I cut all ties and returned all product I had of theirs.
Certain companies don't seem to care, but others probably aren't aware of the the rude people that work for them. Because those rude people can make or break a customer, and if there are enough unhappy customers then they won't succeed! (Stating the obvious.)
